US Domestic Orders ship via USPS. Complimentary shipping on orders over $200. In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. A tracking number will be sent by email once dispatched.

International Orders ship via DHL Express. In-stock pieces ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. A tracking number will be sent by email once dispatched. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not calculated at checkout.

Every order ships in ESKAE's signature book-form packaging.


made to order

Some sizes and pieces are made to order. Made-to-order pieces require 5–7 weeks for production before dispatch. Size availability is noted on each product page.

Made-to-order and preorder pieces are final sale.


returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on in-stock pieces only. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Returns are issued as store credit only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-order, preorder, and face set pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.


exchanges

damaged or incorrect orders

If your piece arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, email contact@eskaeatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will send a replacement or issue store credit within 48 hours. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


manufacturing defects

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, email contact@eskaeatelier.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess and respond within 48 hours.

If the defect is confirmed, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be issued once the piece is received and inspected.

Damage resulting from wear, improper handling, or failure to follow our care guide does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
